Holy Father, God who created the Universe Listen to my plea

Your people are hurting, 

Your people are struggling

You know the reason, 

You know the why's and wherefore

But Lord Jesus, people need your healing touch. 

 

For some it's pain and sickness, Lord I lift them to you/

For others it is caused by other people, Lord I lift them to you

 

For some it is the pain of loneliness, with no-one to talk to and nowhere to turn. 

Lord I lift them to you. 

 

For those who are caught up in wars - Holy Jesus, keep them safe. 

For some who are living as hostages and are scared they won't see their families again.

Lord give them faith in you that is so strong.

 

Heavenly Father, you know our every need

From the deepest secrets, to the open needs.

Each need brought to you  is so very important in your eyes. 

But an even greater need is that we come to know you, as a true and living friend. 

Holy Jesus, we need your healing.

 

You suffered a horrific death on a cross, that should have been meant for us. 

But your Holy Word says that by your blood that was shed, we have healing. 

 

And God we look at how the world is right now and we wonder how you could love us so much

Holy Spirit, draw us closer to you, let your healing power flood our lives.

And bring us to a deeper love of you, and to worship you more each day. 

That we may yearn for your presence every moment of every day. 

 

Father God, touch the lives of all who need it, and bring miracles into people lives.
